What "same-day" actually means
Same-day service means a real technician at your location, glass installed, vehicle ready to drive — all between the moment you call and the end of business that day. For most calls placed before 2pm, this is standard. Calls later in the afternoon may roll to early the next morning, but we'll tell you that upfront rather than scheduling vague "this week" windows.
We coordinate same-day work for:
- Windshield replacement — the most common same-day job. OEM and OEM-equivalent glass is stocked locally by partner shops for most 2010+ vehicles.
- Windshield repair — chip and short-crack repairs (under 6 inches) take 30-45 minutes start to finish. Often done while you wait at home or work.
- Side window replacement — common after break-ins. Faster than windshield work because no ADAS recalibration is involved.
- Rear window replacement — slightly longer lead time on glass availability (24-48 hours for some vehicles), but install itself is same-day once glass is on hand.
- ADAS recalibration — done on the same visit as windshield replacement, not as a separate appointment.
